We're all going on a summer holiday

Our church weekend away is from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th July 2008. Normally, as it's the second Sunday, we would be holding our all-day services, but on this occasion there will be no services at Arnold Road on Sunday 13th July.

All is not lost, however. You are very welcome to join us at the Faith Mission centre, Harby for a worship service. If you need transport please get in touch and we'll try to arrange something. Hope to see you there.

Test your Bible knowledge

I've just come across this site. It's called Bible apps, and it's a simple little quiz to test your Bible knowledge.

The cool thing is, it's part of Google Friend Connect - the latest social networking web site. Using Friend Connect, you can connect to your friends web site (hence the name) and do other social networking stuff. In terms of the game, you can compare your score to your friends, then make fun of them.
However, Friend Connect hasn't launched properly yet, so use is a bit limited at the moment.

So, get some good scores at Bible Apps, then connect to your friends when Friend Connect launches.

New look to web site

Welcome to the new look web site for our church. It's not just the way it looks that has changed - there's a lot of things going on behind the scenes that means church members can alter the sites contents.

More content will be added in the near future, so keep an eye out.
